Opal Tribble

Occasionally the song Bad Moon Rising  by Credence Clearwater Revival plays in my head when we have a huge downpour or I see a full moon.  I thought of this song as I took this picture.  This was taken in  on the first day of our vacation in South Carolina. The clouds started rolling in soon after we settled in the condo. It was a heavy downpour, and there was some lighning but we were safe inside.  We enjoyed the beautiful view we had of Lake Marion and it was nice seeing the fisherman's boats littering the lake. Towards the left there is a tiny beach and around July 4th you will see people camping out there it's nice to see the campfires pierce the landscape at night.   It was too early to see them out their on this day and much too wet but they eventually made an appearance.
